Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tahiti Treasure. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email as well as a NZ Post tracking number from Tahiti Treasure, once your order has shipped.


Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in New Zealand.


How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 10 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. All orders are shipped by New Zealand Post.


What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders through NZ Post. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tahiti Treasure. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


If customers change their mind, Tahiti Treasure will offer a gift card of the total amount of the product excluding the shipping cost.


Tahiti Treasure does not accept any return or refund when:

  • Jewellery is not returned in its original condition or original package.
  • If damaged, broken by the customer or scratched.
  • Earrings due to sanitary reason
  • No refund on discounted or sale items
  • If returned outside of the 14 day time frame


A certificate of Authenticity given for jewellery on demand.


Return Shipping Fee

Tahiti Treasure does not cover the cost of shipping returns. The shipping return cost is dependent on the sender you choose to use.


Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
